3. Prices & taxes

Prices on the website are indicative and may change. All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Buyers are responsible for payment of applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payments are accepted via authorized payment gateways or bank transfer. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. In case of payment disputes, the buyer should provide transaction evidence for resolution.

5. Delivery & risk

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates; Wecan Engineering Solutions is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure.

6. Warranty & limitation

Where applicable, products are covered by warranty terms provided at the time of sale or in accompanying documentation. Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. Our liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the product price at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
