Cancellation and refund Policy

Wecan Engineering Solutions manufactures and supplies industrial machinery, spares and accessories. This Cancellation and refund Policy explains the terms that apply to order cancellations, Cancellation and refunds, and related processes. Due to the nature of our products (often custom, heavy and manufactured-to-order), we follow the guidelines below.

1. Order confirmation and acceptance

An order is considered accepted once we receive payment (advance/full) and send an order confirmation email. Acceptance may include confirmation of specifications, lead time, and any customisations requested by the buyer.

2. Cancellation by buyer

Buyers may request cancellation by contacting us immediately with the order reference. Cancellation requests are considered as follows:

  • Before production: If cancellation request is received before production or procurement of key components, we may accept cancellation and Cancellation and refund the amount after applicable deductions (transaction fees, handling charges).
  • After production has started: Cancellation requests are typically not accepted once production/assembly has begun. If accepted, substantial cancellation charges will apply to cover materials and labour.
  • Custom orders: Custom-built machines and specially manufactured variants are non‑cancellable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method. The timeline for Cancellation and refunds depends on the payment gateway and bank processing times; typically Cancellation and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Cancellation and refund amounts may be reduced by transaction charges and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Wecan Engineering Solutions (for example, procurement or manufacturing costs).

4. Non‑Cancellation and refundable items

  • Customised machinery and made-to-order items.
  • Items that have been dispatched and accepted by the customer (unless a valid damage claim is raised).
  • Installation, commissioning, and on-site service charges once the service is performed.

5. Cancellation by seller

In rare situations (non-availability of critical parts, regulatory issues, force majeure), we may cancel an order. In such cases we will notify the buyer and issue a full Cancellation and refund for amounts paid for the cancelled order.

6. How to request Cancellation and refund

To request cancellation or refund, contact our sales team with your order number and reason. Please provide supporting documentation if relevant (bank transaction id, order confirmation screenshot).
