Shipping & Delivery Policy
Wecan Engineering Solutions ensures safe packing and reliable transport for industrial machines and spare parts. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes dispatch timelines, packaging standards, shipping charges, tracking and claim procedures.
1. Dispatch timeline
Standard dispatch time for stocked or small machines is typically 7–14 business days after confirmation and payment clearance. For made-to-order or customised items the dispatch timeline may be longer and will be confirmed during order acceptance.
2. Packaging standards
Large equipment is crated and palletised using industry-standard wooden crates and cushioning to protect the machine during transit. We use corrosion‑preventive packing for exposed metal parts. Smaller units are double‑boxed and bubble‑packed as required.
3. Shipping methods & charges
Shipping charges are calculated on actuals, based on destination, dimensions, weight and chosen carrier. For heavy or oversized goods we arrange surface transport (truck) and liaise with freight forwarders. Domestic courier partners are used for small parcels.
4. Delivery & acceptance
Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery. If damage is visible, please note it on the delivery receipt and share photos to initiate a claim. For concealed damage, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
5. International shipments
For export orders we will provide pro‑forma invoices and packing lists. International buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes and local delivery charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Tracking & notifications
We share tracking details and estimated delivery timelines by email or WhatsApp once the shipment leaves our facility. For high-value shipments we provide contact details of the freight partner.
